through plateau paving, actually?

The effectiveness and necessity of traffic calming
measures, especially in residential areas or danger

spots, is undisputed. A lower speed significantly
minimizes risks because the braking distance is 3
times longer at 50 km/h than at 30 km/h.

What technical advantages do elastomers
(rubber) have for road safety?

The elastic properties of the material enable a
flush, form-fitting and force-fitting adaptation to
the road surface without it having to be torn open.

In addition, there are lower noise levels during the
crossing.

What are the advantages of vulcanization for

the manufacture of the products?

The expectation of the life cycle of fixtures on

roads is between 8 and 20 years in order to
achieve profitability.
In contrast to simply bonded rubber, vulcanized

rubber is significantly more tensile, has a higher
elasticity and is therefore significantly more

durable than bonded rubber.
That is why most of our products are made of

vulcanized rubber.
