Terms of Delivery
1. General
We provide next options for delivery of our products:
a). Ex works from our factory according Incoterms 2020
Address: Stedenhofstr. 15, D-57319 Bad Berleburg, Germany
b). Delivery via our logistic partners at your point of destination. The cost is calculated with info about destination and volume of carriage
2. Additional info
- We maintain the required volume of products in stock for fast deliveries (1-7 days) to our partners
- For specific or large orders, the rule is that it takes up to 4 weeks to manufacture a product to fill one truck (24 tons / 13.6m)
- We shall pay all licenses, taxes, and duties, which might be levied by the German authorities and provide export papers
- We check the quality and completeness of the goods before each shipment
- The transfer of risk takes place when the goods leave our delivery point, even if partial deliveries are made or if we have taken over an arrangement of a shipment at a customer's request
- A delivery never includes unloading. It has to be done by a customer himself
- We provide preliminary delivery time. Delivery time may be extended by notice
